Today

Today I woke up late. Last night I tossed and turned a bit, unable to get comfortable.. Till I finally fell asleep, waking again at 4 AM for reasons I'm unsure of, until I fell back to sleep. Felt a bit sad and just had trouble sleeping.
Was about 2 AM and I sat in bed and pet my kitty Snuffles, whose eyes get dark and shiny when she's happy, it seems. Eyes half closed, purring. Tried to brush out the matting in her fur, but didn't get so far.
I took out the pile of papers from underneath my pillow, setting them on the blankets. Wanted to read the words again for a smile, but was far too tired, and probably ended up putting them back underneath.

They kept on telling me to wake up, that they were having breakfast. Yeah yeah, I'm awake... And fall back to sleep. I always tell them I'm up when I'm not. I see Carson standing in my doorway, and he tells me again to get up. This time I do.
For some reason I've always wanted to literally fall out of bed. Well.. I guess that would hurt, but maybe wrapped up in blankets it wouldn't. Just roll off the edge of the bed and fall with a thud on the floor. Things are in the way so I can't really do that, but I wish I could. It'd wake me up.
I get up and wander to the kitchen, sliding in to sit between Sachika and Dad. Eggs and toast.. Milk.

Later went out to go thrift shopping.. Got some random junk that I liked. A little glass box with pressed flowers, little vase, stained glass-ish thingie. Then we went to Recycle Me, the Japanese thrift store.. Fun place. I bought a shirt without trying it on, and ends up it fits me perfectly and looks quite nice as well, lucky guess. Dark blue with dark magenta flowers on the edge. Nice neckline as well.. Tis good.

I'm sleepy, school's starting soon, and it's worrisome...
